Jeffrey D. Berlin

Principal Broker

 

After Graduating from Endicott College in 2011, Jeff was hired by Capstone Collegiate Communities – An Alabama based real estate development firm. Brought on as the leasing manager for the largest private student housing project in New Hampshire, Jeff managed the entire lease-up of all 619 bedrooms and set a company record for most leases signed on opening day (193!). In the same year, Jeff planted his roots in the seacoast and became a licensed Realtor working with a small brokerage firm. In January of 2014 Jeff decided it was time to start his own business and continue to grow client relationships under his own name. Since 2014, Jeff has brokered over $30 million in real estate transactions, as well currently manages over $10 million of multifamily property in New Hampshire.

Jeff is currently an active manager of the Durham Landlord Association join now!

 

Dana J. Berlin

Lead Sales Agent/Property Manager

 

Dana began working as a property manager for Jeff in 2014 to allow BPNE to grow in an efficient manner. In late 2016 Dana became a licensed salesperson and began working alongside Jeff as the lead sales agent. Dana has been a crucial member in the growth of the firm, providing exceptional service to clients, property owners, and tenants.

 

Berlin Properties is currently looking for qualified and motivated interns to work as assistants to both Principals of the company. In this position, you will be guaranteed to learn something that will progress your professional career.
